We are looking for a full-time surgical assistant (OTA) / OR nurse with OR experience for our private clinic in Stuttgart-Mitte.

The EPPSTEIN Clinic is a private clinic for aesthetic surgery in the heart of Stuttgart. The clinic has its own operating theater and two patient rooms.

The surgical spectrum of the EPPSTEIN Clinic includes aesthetic breast surgery, tummy tucks, liposuction with a focus on the treatment of lipedema, treatment of gynecomastia, upper and lower eyelid corrections, wrinkle injections, lip treatments and scar therapies.

Your core tasks:
* Independent organization and management of the OR area
* Preparation and follow-up of operations
* Intermediate cleaning of the operating theater
* Equipment maintenance / care / hygiene and sterilization of medical instruments
* Assistance at the operating table
* Inpatient and outpatient care of patients

What you need to bring with you:
* Successfully completed training as an OTA / surgical assistant or healthcare and nursing assistant
* Professional experience in the OR area is essential
* An open-minded and empathetic personality
* High degree of reliability, ability to work in a team and flexibility

Practice/Office/ CLINIC MANAGER (m/f/d)

Scope: Full-time (38 hours / week)

We are looking for a full-time Practice / Office / Clinic Manager (m/f/d) for our private clinic in Stuttgart-Mitte.

The EPPSTEIN Clinic is a private clinic for aesthetic surgery in the heart of Stuttgart. The clinic has its own hall and two patient rooms.

The surgical spectrum of the EPPSTEIN Clinic includes aesthetic breast surgery, tummy tucks, liposuction with a focus on the treatment of lipedema, treatment of gynecomastia, upper and lower eyelid corrections, wrinkle injections, lip treatments and scar therapies.

Your core tasks:
* First contact and primary contact person on the phone and reception
* Management and coordination of consultation hours and the operation plan
* Operational support for the management
* Support in the preparation of business planning and evaluations
* Accounting and interface between the clinic, private medical clearing houses and tax consultants

What you bring with you:
* Professional experience in office management or in the administration of a practice or clinic
* Very good German and good English skills
* Experience in dealing with MS Office and IT-supported processes
* Sensitivity and empathy in dealing with patients
* High service orientation, team player and willingness to learn
* Independent work and good self-organization
* High degree of reliability, social skills and flexibility
