Upper eyelid correction for men

The skin around the eyes is particularly thin and sensitive. Over the years, it significantly loses elasticity and sags in the eye area. Drooping upper eyelids can occur at any age and often make our face look tired, exhausted, and sad. Yet it is our eyes that give our face expression and vitality.

During upper eyelid correction, excess tissue and fat deposits on the eyelid are removed, which tightens the eye area once again. This makes more of the actual upper eyelid visible and gives the gaze an overall friendlier appearance. To ensure the scar is barely recognizable even when the eye is closed, it is placed directly into the eyelid crease. Thus, with the help of an upper eyelid correction, the typical facial features are brought out again without the procedure being noticeable.

What is the procedure for an upper eyelid correction?

On the day of surgery, you will come to the EPPSTEIN Klinik at the agreed time.
You will be received by our team and prepared for the outpatient surgery. Dr. Eppstein marks the incision line on the upper eyelids and performs the operation personally. If you have any remaining questions, they will of course be answered beforehand. After the procedure, you will be discharged home after a short period of monitoring.
Please do not take any blood-thinning medications (e.g. ASS/Aspirin) etc. for 14 days before the procedure without prior consultation.
